Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic (UBE) spine surgery is the most advanced and innovative minimally invasive technique that eliminates the requirement of open spine surgery. UBE amalgamates the advantages of an Endoscope, a plasma radiofrequency ablator, and water for a better outcome.
UBE is the most recently introduced spine surgery technique for a variety of spine-related problems. Individuals facing long-standing lumbar and dorsal spine problems (Canal Stenosis, Slip disc, Listhesis, and neurogenic claudication) can be effectively treated with this advanced treatment modality.
The length of the incisions ranges from 5 mm to 15 mm. The patients recovery is much faster as compared to open spine surgery.
